Located in the park of Koppány-Valley, our small village Somogyacsa, is for a wonderful holiday in Hungary.
Centrally located, not far from Lake Balaton, in ArtVentures you will also find the perfect holiday home in summer holidays. View your holiday home Punda, Otrabanda or Saliña. Authentic "Tanya's", these are original farms, are typical of this region. We have restored them with respect for authentic details. These holiday homes breathe out atmospheres that connect seamlessly with the beautiful Hungarian landscape. The large houses have a fixed private pool at the end of the garden.

Our holiday homes stand together on a "solar plateau" in the Koppány Valley. Somogyacsa is a so-called "final village", which means that there is no ongoing traffic (also very child friendly). In the immediate vicinity (7 km), medicinal thermal water comes to the surface, in the village of Igal. They built there a Wellness center, where you can spoil yourself.
There is also a lot to do for children. And in half an hour you are already on Lake Balaton. Here are the possibilities in the high season unlimited. Further south, about 35 km, lies the capital Kaposár, with a vibrant nightlife, cinemas, large supermarkets and beautiful parks. The center is car free, and there are plenty of restaurants, museums and cozy markets. Of course, staying at home, a pleasure for a truly relaxed feeling, swimming, hammocks, grilling, sunbathing, hiking, ping pong!
The immediate area is ideal for a wonderful walk, so nature is in the garden. Pets are allowed. There are also a few restaurants in the neighbourhood and a small shop in the village. In the village shop you are in an environment where time seems to have stood still for 40 years.

Villa Punda
An authentic farm built from four to eight people, built in the year 1907. Equipped with all comforts including a fixed swimming pool with great views over the rolling hills. Punda has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 1 spacious living room.

Punda has a large garden (4300m2), with various nuts and fruit trees. Large terraces, swimming pool (over 36 m2) and outdoor barbecue. On the back terrace is a nice 1 pers. bedroom. Following 2 double bedrooms. Then a spacious hall with extra fridge, a door to the veranda, and also the entrance to a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Following a spacious cozy furnished living room with wood burning stove and a TV with Dutch transmitter. Throughout there is the large kitchen with all the comforts including a dishwasher and washing machine. At the front is a spacious 2 pers. bedroom with private bathroom. Present is a 4-burner gas cooker with electric oven, but there is also a microwave.

Inside and outside the house you can get free Wi-Fi. Of course, equipment comes with you.
Behind the house are 2 large terraces with private pool (approx. 8.5 x 4.5 m. 1.60 deep).

Villa Otrabanda
From two to six guests. This beautiful farmhouse is also cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to the tiled stove. Private swimming pool (round) with large terraces. Throughout the length, a porch along which wine grapes grow. Total plot size is about 5500m2.

"Otrabanda" is beautifully refurbished, spacious and comfortable. A private terrace with grill, veranda with 2 doors. 2 or 3 bedrooms, cozy furnished living room with wall art and tiled stove. Directly near the livingroom is a bathroom ensuite with shower and toilet. A LED TV with English channels. Throughout this room, you come to the typical Hungarian kitchen with cooking comfort and fridge. A door to the spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The outside door leads back to the veranda.

Casa Saliña
Saliña is a separate studio with nice terrace. Completely renovated, suitable for two people. With sofa bed, country-style kitchen with storage area, fridge and 2 hotplates. Ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
In this former summer kitchen, all the good that came from the country was processed. Submerged in large pots, and the peppers were dried to make powder. The ham and sausages were smoked in the special smoking area, after which they were dry hung out as stock for the winter. Now, Saliña is an attractive apartment next to "Otrabanda". Costs per day, for 1 person £ 27 or € 30,- and 2 persons, £ 35 or € 40,-.
